The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
The product must be in its original packaging.
You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact our Customer Service Team at gfnazezrvi@iubridge.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, details of the product you are returning, and the reason for your return.
We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.
Do not send back any product without an RA number.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For international returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your return as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: jellyscatstore is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return process.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at gfnazezrvi@iubridge.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized or custom products.
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
7. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend that you return the item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Return Address
Please send your return to the address provided in the Return Authorization email. Returns sent to the incorrect address may not be processed.
